To get started, just send us your music! We prefer recieving 24bit 48kHz WAV files - but can work from whatever file format you have mixed in. We start the mastering process the same way for everyone, whether you’re an independent artist or from a major label – we listen to your audio and make sure everything is ready for mastering.

Turnaround Time

We operate on a 5 working-day turnaround after we have confirmed that we have correctly received files for mastering.

Review Process

We provide an audio review process using Samply - an online app which allows you to listen to your master and leave us detailed timestamped feedback.
