Please send us well-labelled audio files in 24-bit / 48kHz WAV format.

All of the audio files should START at the same time so we can line them up.

We mix exclusively in Protools. If you want to deliver a Protools session to us this is acceptable but please make sure that all audio assets are correctly linked and in the ‘Audio Files’ folder. Any MIDI or virtual instrument tracks should be committed to audio files.

A rough mix is really useful for us to make sure that we have all the audio files and that we are not missing any sounds. It can also give us an insight as to how you hear the balance of the various elements.

Turnaround Time

We operate on a 10 working-day turnaround after we have confirmed that we have correctly received all audio files and that the files line-up correctly in Protools.

Review Process

We provide a hi-res WAV file via Samply for you to approve. Samply allows you to stream the mix and leave detailed timestamped feedback for us.

We will happily do 3 mix revisions free-of-charge but may need to charge for any time taken to do further mix revisions after this point.
